Ingredients for Reishi ginger detox tea

This recipe is very easy to make, and you only need 4 ingredients;

For two servings

  • 2 teaspoons Reishi
  • 2 big chunks of ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 460 ml of water

Just like Reishi, ginger is also high in antioxidants, and ginger contains chemicals that may reduce nausea and inflammation.

HOW TO PREPARE

Grab a small pot and fill with water, add the Reishi powder and give it a good stir, bring to a boil, bring the heat down to medium heat, let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the sliced ginger, let it boil for another 10 minutes. Remove it from the heat and the maple syrup to taste and enjoy your Reishi ginger detox tea.
