20 May Choco Aztic Adaptogen
One of our all time favorite drinks is hot chocolate. We love classic hot chocolate, but what is life without spicing it up from time to time.
This Mush drink contains Chaga (for more energy and full of antioxidants), Lion’s mane (for more focus) and some cayenne pepper to give you that extra kick! It is best to drink this power booster in the morning or afternoon.
Bring milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in all of the ingredients. Give it all a good whisk to get rid of any clumps. Reduce heat to low, and continue to cook until warmed through, for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Lastly, stir in the maple syrup. Pour into your fav mug, and enjoy your spicy hot choco drink!
- 1 cup of unsweetened plantbased milk (such as oat, almond, or hazelnut)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon lion’s mane
- ¼ teaspoon chaga
- 1 large teaspoon of cacao powder
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
