Vegan Chaga Pancakes

RECIPE

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, stir until smooth, heat up the pan and pour your desired amount of batter on the hot plate and bake them pancakes.

INGREDIENTS

For 4 servings

  • 1 cup  flour (125 g)
  • 2 tablespoons  coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon  baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup  non-dairy milk (240 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon of applesauce or 1 flaxseed egg or medium sized ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons of Chaga powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
