Reishi Nightcap

Recipe

Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan, give it a good whisk, then heat on the stove for a few minutes (be sure not to boil,) pour into your favorite cup, and enjoy your warm and calming Reishi drink.

For a quick cup of Reishi goodness, use your water cooker, pour the hot water in a cup, at the same time whisk all the ingredients until there are no more lumps in your cup.

Tip: add a sweeter of your choice if you like to comfort your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp   of Reishi Mush powder
  • 1/2 tsp   of cinnamon
  • 125 ml   of oat milk, or plant milk of choice
